Who we are

65Seven Labs is the trading name of 65SEVEN LABS LTD (“we”, “us”), a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 16780635. Our registered office is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website, 65seven.com. You can reach us about anything in this policy at info@65seven.com.

What we collect and why

We collect personal data that you provide directly to us, as well as limited technical information that is processed automatically when you use our website.

Contact and enquiry forms

When you use the contact form on our home page or contact page, we collect your name, email address, and message, plus your phone number, company, subject and budget if you provide them. We use this to respond to your enquiry and to discuss potential work with you. Where you ask us to take steps towards entering into a contract, such as preparing a proposal or estimate, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract. For general enquiry handling and reasonable follow-up, we rely on our legitimate interests in operating and developing our business.

MVP cost calculator

When you request an estimate from our MVP calculator, we collect the answers you give about your project along with your first and last name, email address, phone number and company name. We use this to produce your estimate and to follow up about your project. Because you are asking us for an estimate, our legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.

Website analytics

We measure how the site is used with our own privacy-preserving analytics. For each page view we record the page path, the referring website’s domain (such as “linkedin.com”), your country and the time. We do not store your IP address in our analytics database, set analytics cookies, use browser storage, or assign you a visitor identifier. We therefore cannot use our analytics data to identify or track individual visitors between visits.

Our hosting infrastructure may temporarily process your IP address when handling a request, including to determine your approximate country and to deliver and secure the website. The IP address itself is not stored in our analytics records.

We do not use Google Analytics or third-party advertising or tracking services.

Cookies

The public website does not set cookies. The only cookies used on 65seven.com are strictly necessary session cookies in our private administration area, which is used by our own team to manage site content and is not accessible to visitors.

Who we share data with

We do not sell or rent personal data. We share it only with service providers who process it on our behalf under contract:

  • Netlify hosts the website. Like any web host, it processes your IP address in order to deliver pages and protect the site from abuse.
  • Vercel serves some of the images on the site from its storage service and, like Netlify, processes your IP address in order to deliver them.
  • Supabase provides the database where enquiry details and anonymous analytics are stored.
  • Resend delivers email notifications of new enquiries to our team.
  • n8n runs the workflow that processes MVP calculator submissions and produces your estimate.

Some of these providers may process or store personal data outside the United Kingdom, including in the United States. Where personal data is transferred internationally, we use safeguards recognised under UK data protection law, such as UK adequacy regulations, the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA), or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, as applicable. You can contact us at info@65seven.com for further information about the safeguards used for a particular transfer.

How long we keep data

We keep enquiry and calculator details for as long as needed to respond and follow up, and for no longer than 24 months after our last contact with you, unless we go on to work together. In that case the information becomes part of our client records and is kept for the duration of the engagement and any period required by law. Anonymous analytics data is not personal data and is kept indefinitely in aggregate form.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:

  • ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you;
  • ask us to correct inaccurate data;
  • ask us to delete your data;
  • ask us to restrict our processing of your data;
  • receive your data in a portable format.

Right to object. Where we rely on our legitimate interests to process your data, you have the right to object to that processing at any time. If you object, we will stop unless we can show compelling legitimate grounds to continue.

To exercise any of these rights, email info@65seven.com. We will normally respond within one month. In certain circumstances permitted by law, this period may be extended. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses and this website is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Changes to this policy

We will update this page if the way we handle data changes, and update the date at the top when we do.
